On the 7th of July 2010 Senator Polley had the pleasure of attending the opening of the new gymnasium and multi purpose centre at South George Town Primary School.  This will be a wonderful new facility for George Town for all of the community to enjoy.
 
Funding of $2.125 million was provided from the Federal Government under the Building the Education Revolution Program.
